How many visits are required?
Visits to a physiotherapist largely depend on the type of your injury. Minor injuries you may require 2-3 sessions whereas for soft tissue injuries you will require at least 6 – 8 weeks. Chronic diseases might take even more time. Everything depends on the level of progress the patients make.

What should be your attire during the physiotherapy session?
Along with preparing yourself mentally for physiotherapy, we suggest that you prepare yourself physically by wearing loose and comfortable clothes that will permit us to see the skin, muscles and joints around the injury. A single clothing and short pants are good to go during winters.
Do I need the doctor's reference?
No the physiotherapists are trained enough to treat and access any medical condition and they are just a phone call away. In case you have a medi--claim and you have to recover your fees from any insurance company then a reference is required.
